Returns and Refunds

This page is a summary of steps to take for returns and refunds. Our full Returns and Refunds policy is explained in our Terms and Conditions page.

Within 14 days

You are required to inform us within 14 days of receiving your products if you want to claim a refund or return a product. In case the product you receive is damaged during transit or is defective, you must notify us immediately and no later than 48 hours after receiving it.

Please note that personalized products cannot be returned or refunded, unless you are making a claim for faulty goods.

Tracked returns are available starting from £4.99. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original gift box and packaging.

If your order included a free gift, it must also be returned. Failure to return the free gift will result in a deduction of its price from your refund.

If you wish to return a product, please contact us using one of the following methods:

a) Call us during working hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) at 01234 365 816.

b) Send an email to customerservices@diamantehome.co.uk.

Please ensure you have either your order number or invoice number to hand for all telephone or email communication.

Please do not send your product to us before receiving a return approval notification.

We may ask you to provide photographic evidence before issuing a return approval notification.

After receiving return approval notification

Upon receiving the notification of your return approval, it is imperative that you send back the product within 14 days in its original packaging and condition. However, there are certain circumstances where we may exempt you from returning the product, such as if it is broken and poses a safety risk.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale, with no damage to the packaging or the product itself. Failure to meet these conditions may result in an administration fee of up to 100% being deducted. Please note that this policy does not apply if the product has been damaged during transit and you intend to file a claim for faulty goods.

Issuing a refund

We will process a refund within 7 business days upon receiving the returned item, provided that you meet the eligibility criteria. For more details, please refer to our complete Terms and Conditions.

Please note that refunds may take a few days after we have received your package at our warehouse. If you wish to confirm the receipt of your order, kindly reach out to us via email at customerservices@diamantehome.co.uk.

Issuing a refund on orders returned to sender

All orders returned to the sender because of an address error or failure to collect from the post office will be refunded, deducting the initial shipping charges and a return fee of £4.99.
