I actually brought this vase as a Christmas present, so i can’t say how it will be received, i only know if i had received it i would be over the moon, it is beautiful and came in a lovely presentation box. The delivery was early but i was kept informed all the way. Brilliant service, brilliant product!!!

Also your card inside showing what a thoughtful company you are in explaining the procedure if the item is broken and taking the stress away from the customer. I’m sure not many are broken as it so well packaged.
